Processing of personal data

To ensure a smooth purchasing process, we collect the personal data you provide (name, surname, address, email).

IMPORTANT: Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, whose operator is Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment methods and currency: All prices are indicated in Euro (€) currency. Payments are only possible in Euro currency. Payments can be made using the following electronic banking services:

  • Swedbank

  • SEB

  • Luminor

  • Citadele

  • Šiaulių bankas

Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Refund Policy: The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and retain its commercial appearance. Money is refunded to the same account from which the payment was made, within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Returns and Refunds

We aim for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the received item does not meet your expectations, the following rules apply:

  • Return period: You have the right to return the item within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

  • Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and retain its commercial appearance.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info.spulis@gmail.com.

  • Return costs: The buyer covers the costs of returning goods, except in cases where the item is defective.

  • Refunds: Money is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned item to the same account from which the payment was made. Payments and refunds are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt platform.
